Demand for bunker fuel mixed in Singapore Tuesday. The delivered 380 CST
grade was very active with a strong level of inquiries, said several sellers,
while the ex-wharf 380 CST market was muted. Benchmark Singapore ex-wharf 380
CST grade rose $3/mt to $654.50/mt, riding on the strength shown in the high
sulfur fuel oil and crude markets. As at 4:30 pm Singapore time (0430 GMT),
